Refunds:

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 work days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, earrings (including earring sets) are non-returnable.

Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
